Once upon a time, I designed a workflow to solve a specific problem for some non-technical people on a project who thought they were super technical. It was a stupid idea then. It's an even stupider (more stupid?) idea now.
That others learned from my (stupid) documentation and adopted the pattern is regrettable.
That they cling to it for unknowable reasons despite my pointing out my own stupidity in coming up with the idea is my own personal hell.
